North Caucasian language native to the Karachay-Cherkess republic in modern Russia, spoken by a minority of 10,000 in Turkey. It is a very small language world total only counts 50,000.
It is spoken by the the people group of Abazins.
Abaza speakers in Turkey are said to use Latin alphabet for writing, but in reality they resort to Turkish for reading and writing.
Abaza is recognized for its large number of consonants and few vowels. Also there are no grammatical cases.
