Kazakh

Turkic language native to Kazakhstan, but spoken in several countries across Central Asia. In MENA, it is spoken in a small community in Iran, in the city of Gorgan, by only 8,000. In all countries, there is a total of 12 million Kazakh speakers.
There is no data on a writing system for the Kazakh speakers in Iran, in order to be part of their community, they need to be able to speak in Mazandarani, and write in Persian, both Iranian languages.
