Khunsari

Iranian (northwestern) language native to Iran, spoken the Khunsari people, counting a total of 25,000 (2009 estimate). It largely belongs to the town of Khansar, in the Esfahan province in central Iran (Esfahan (city)). Very little research has been done for Khunsari, and the classifications are no more than rudimentary. It has been suggested that it is not a language by itself, rather is a dialect of a larger Iranian language native to Esfahan.
