Tombs

The number of the tombs in the valley is technically according to their discovery, not age, location or importance. The tombs are named "KV" for King's Valley, and there are so far 63, although a few may well have served different purposes and a few may even never have been used as tombs. Many sources have 65 on this list, KV64 and KV65, but these are attributed only for possible and yet unecavated tombs.
