Nile scenes
Since travelling around Minya will involve going up and down the Nile, you are adviced to find time for a stop or two. The standard of the agriculture here is among the finest in all of Egypt, with fields and gardens well-attended. With the rocks creeping in on the river, a stretch just south of the Monastery of the Virgin is well deserved a photo shot or two.
