LARACHE
The church

Churches are uncommon in North Africa, but in Larache there is a well-kept church with a small but active congregation. As I peeked in, there was a midday mass going on. A group of about 20 old women and young boys and girls were going on with their ceremonies.

It is fairly easy to pass by, since the architecture of this church is an intelligent mixture of typical North African Muslim and Christian elements.
