Sefrou, Morocco

The city rises about 10 metres above the seasonal river Oued Aggaï — and with good reason. Every spring it flows wild, and because the city is erected this high the city dwellers can watch it from a safe angle.
The bridges and the walls around the river is the result of cooperation and hard work. Big green trees lean over the river, and kids have a great time exploring the area. Unfortunately, there is a lot of garbage here and it just gets worse through the fall and winter time.
