The Kaleiçi is clearly the most appealing attraction of Antalya. Narrow streets with restored Ottoman houses, complete with hotels, cafes, restaurants, hammams and a pleasently low number of tourist stalls make this area a place to return. It is especially nice in afternoons and at night.
To Kaleiçi are also a few fine attractions, like the Yivli Minare and of course Antalya's trade mark, the Marina. Kaleiçi is highly recommended as the place to find your hotel. Options range from sweet and basic to elegant and semi-luxurious at prices that nobody will object to.
